If you like tostones, then you've got to check out Los Andes in downtown Danbury. First, the restaurant is exquisitely clean. The service is always great, too. The menu is a nice little offering of Ecuadorian fare. I must recommend the appetizers, especially the sweet plantains with cheese. I usually get rice and beans, but I can honestly say that there is no dish that I have tried that has ever disappointed me. It's all good. The prices are reasonable as well.
