rude reservation system 9/4/2004

Lorraine's may still have good food as in previous years. We didn't get to find out because of the inconvenient, unhelpful, and nonfunctional system that Lorraine's uses for trying to make reservations. They probably have enough business that they can be rude and dysfunctional when they like. Pros: good food, good margaritas Cons: , rude policies more
