I called one morning to discuss a leak that I found in my roof. By the end of the day, the repairs had been made, all while I was at work so I was not inconvenienced in the slightest. more

Greatly appreciate 3/16/2012

My lender requested a copy of my master Insurance policy and Lordon was able to fulfill this request immediately. I have had to have files rushed to me twice now, and Lordon had no problem rushing it for me. more

Amazing Customer Service 1/24/2012

My wife and I have been very pleased with Lordon Management. We needed them to rush and escrow and they said they would try. To my utter disbelief, it was done by the end of the next day. I wish more companies offered such great customer service. more

no wonder its got such great reviews you guys haven't even ""experienced"" lordons customer service. i have had them for over 20 years and just like all of you it was great for the first 10. but then soon they will screw you over. just you guys wait and see. i can promise you that if i get everyone to write a review who actually lives in this under this company these reviews are going to hit rock bottom... i bet you guys that because that is how bad they are. you new people will and are going to learn the hard way. more
