We have had life insurance policies w Laura Johnson/ Farmers for probably 20 years. I feel that this subsidiary/company may have grown faster than they can adequately handle customers. Back in the day, we bought a life policy ,twe assumed it would last for eternity. Imagine our dismay when we went to a financial advisor and THEY informed us that 2 of our policies were soon going to lapse. Couldn't they have talked to us over those years and suggested other options before we became to old to obtain affordable replacement policies?
