20 minutes and no one waited on Us at our table. Only 5 tables were seated. After a bit over 20 minutes we left. We came here 1-2 days a week every week for the last year. Always left a healthy 40% tip. Bill always over $100. The last straw was when another couple was seated and served next to us in about 1 minute. Walked out and called the mgr. said he would send gift cards. I could care less. If the mgr. we're doing his job it wouldn't have happened. Goodbye longhorn. Sick to my stomach 7/3/2011

We have been dining there for a couple years and I have always liked it. Until....tonight my salad had completed wilted lettuce and was inedible. I told the waitress and talked to the manager. She said the next time to let her know when I'm first served that there's a problem with my food. Yeah, Okay. I'll be sure to inspect all of the food before I start eating it. Associates from my company dine out frequently and have never had been treated this poorly or served such unhealthy food. There was no attempt made to adjust our check. more
