I purchased a 2007 Cherokee horse trailer with full living quarters 11/23/2010

I purchased a 2007 Cherokee horse trailer with full living quarters. This was a used trailer so of course there are always issues to work through. I was informed of and provided with what was supposed to be a full vehicle inspection prior to delivery. There were a few items that I feel could have been addressed prior to me discovering them upon delivery to Minnesota. When the owner of the company was made aware of the situation he handled it with a quick response and an apology along with settling on the costs of repair. This is what is expected of a company who takes customer service serious and understands the value of a good experience. more

From the time I walked into the service department I felt this was a friendly place. Being an early person my appointment was when the doors opened. Coffee was ready and I was greeted by all employees with a smile and "Good Morning sir" my truck was completed in less then the time I was estimated. Gret job team more
