I can honestly say that I am not so terrified of the dentist anymore. Each and every staff member that I met went out of their way to make me comfortable. I loved everyone and appreciated their attentiveness. Dr. Sogan is the best ever! She is now my favorite dentist and I have endured a few in my 67 yrs. of life. I would highly recommend your services to anyone. Thank You all for your patience and kindness during my visits. more

I have always had a very friendly very professional attitude from the entire staff at London Dental. I love the fact that this office has embraced the use of technology to communicate with its patients ,via text/email . But if you prefer the more traditional forms of communication the office is happy to accomadate you. The dental hygienists do a thorough job yet are gentle . Our dentist always makes sure we are not having any problems or answers any questions we may have. I love this office. Great patient service . I have to take a prophylactic antibiotic before each appointment. The office always calls and reminds me to take it. If I'm out of refills the office calls the pharmacy for me. Great service . Love love love this practice . more

i could not have dreamed of a better dental experience than what i received at london dental. dr sogan was so personable, professional and knowledgeable. they were prompt and kind and the office was clean and inviting. i trust their work, their employees and i was impressed at how kind and concerned the staff was about their patients. i would give them 5 stars***** more

I would not hesitate to recommend London Dental to any of my family or friends. Dr Sogan is very concerned with her patients' comfort and she explains everything she is going to do and you are aware of the costs before you have the work done. I will say, they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. more

I have been a patient of Dr Lima since 1996 and he is the only dentist I trust to do any work on my mouth. CeCe is not my favorite hygienist = too much talking. Courtney is great at the front desk. Never had to wait long. The best part about this place is the laughing gas when you need it, and the overall fact that they are not trying to hurt you. more

Great dentist 5/2/2007

I have a terrible fear of dentists. I have been seen at this office a few times. I was there about 6 years ago and was not happy with a young dentist that I had at that time. He had given me laughing gas but it wasn't turned on. I kept telling him, but he just kept telling to breathe deep. This was the first time I had that so I thought it was on. We were almost done with the procedure and I told him it was not working, he then reached down and I heard it go thru the lines and I then started feeling it. Better late than never. He is no longer working at that office. Pros: No waiting, great staff, clean facility Cons: little parking more

The general staff there is pretty nice. Unfortunately, whenever I've gone I've had to wait 15-45 minutes. Dr. Lima seems to rush through and doesn't pay much attention to you as a HUMAN patient. If you ask questions, it feels like you're impositioning him. I had real concerns with pain after a procedure--he was very dismissive about the whole thing. more
