Great to have all the amenities, washer, dryer (in the condo)a livingroom, dining area and a bedroom separate from the other areas, dishwasher, stove, pots, pans, silverware, iron, ironing board, housekeeping items. Balcony was nice at night. Elevators made it convenient. Pool/spa were centrally located. Got a lot for a very reasonable rate. Nice, accommodating personnel try to please. Convenient to Loop 101 or 303, grocery stores,shopping centers, etc. more

I've stayed here on and off since 1994, it's always been a respite from living in cold weather during the winter and a nice place to cool down in the summer. The snow birds love visiting here, the management has always been more than graceful and accommodating. Always ask for John Caldamone or his wife as they have been here since the beginning. Their was financial hard ship during 9/11 and 2008 and the recovery has been very good. I highly recommend for an evening or a life time. Their is a nice restaurant (I&J fountain) on property, shopping in almost all directions, a bistro about 3 blocks away called Birts Bistro- at night playing jazz/blues and it's also a coffee/ library during the day. Location is centralized and very large mall (arrowhead mall) several miles to the east otherwise everything seams to be getting better by the day. I highly recommend. more

The Lodge at Sun Ridge is a lovely place. The condos are spacious, clean, and well cared for. I was surprised at the affordability here. We paid less than $300 for a week in a one-bedroom condo. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is very helpful. I would highly recommend The Lodge at Sun Ridge to anyone. more

We rented a one-bedroom unit for a week at a very reasonable price. The management was very friendly and helpful and the location great as we were looking at property in Sun City West. more

My husband and I plus our two cats just relocated to Surprise from Michigan. I found the lodge at Sunridge on the internet. We love it, our unit is very nice and it is clean. We have a two bed two bath. We plan to live here for about a year, until we buy a home. We have brand new furniture in our unit and even the two bedrooms have a TV, and sliders to the balcony. I have a washer and dryer in my unit, what more could you ask for. Internet, cable and landline phone all bills included, for $1017 per month. Oh we large walk in closets also. If you come to Surprise stay at Sunridge you will be glad you did. more

I rented from the lodge at Sun Ridge for 1 year and 1 month. I found them to be very responsive to all my maintenance needs. The common areas were well kept. They were always respectful and pleasant. It was a nice stay. more

We are living here since many months and we love here ,we have no problem \r \r There are two units The Springs and The Cliffs ,and they have nothing in common ,the Cliffs seems to be very different the Springs which is quiet ,clean ,and the HOA is really good ,with a nice pool \r \r For the price it is great here :-) more

New towels, new china, fairly well equipped kitchen for light meals, pool is clean and warm. There was always parking and no road noise. more

we had a last minute emergency and happened to pass by the complex. Their prices are very reasonable. better prices than a motel/Hotel. The front office staff is very polite and understandable. I also loved that they are bilingual, because my grandfather speaks mostly Spanish and he was able to get all his questions answered. more
