I called on a Friday morning and someone came out that afternoon to assess my needs and make recommendations. Then they were able to schedule me on Tuesday of the next week and arrived early. Technicians were very professional and honest and are the type of workers it is a pleasure to have at my home. They were diligent, cleaned up after themselves, and left me with everything I needed, including the reassurance that they would be available if I needed further assistance. Overall a great experience. more

Another 5 star review for Chico at this garage door company! Although we had a bit of a problem coordinating, Steven came over the day I reached him and fixed my garage door for a bit over $100. Prior to calling Chico, I called the guy I used months ago (before I checked the internet!) and his number was disconnected. Then I tried another "free estimate" place, where the man came out and told me my entire door would have to be rebuilt - starting at $300, minimum!! It was such a relief to get it fixed by Chico, at far lower than the other guy had quoted. I won't lose this number! Thanks, Steven! more

They were great. On time, actually even before we got home. They came the same day we called them and fixed out gate, which had not been put to use for over a year. We highly recommend this company. more

Workers came same day I called, and had all the parts needed even though the job was different than expected. They did good quality work at a reasonable price, and now the garage door works beautifully! more
