POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 12/5/2011

I scheduled an appmt. to install a oven. They claim same day service so I set it up for that day with a 3 hour window. They never showed so I called and found out that they only had one guy but needed two. So, I reset the appmt. for the next day with a two hour window, again no show. They said they were too busy and could not make it. I reset the appmt. for a third time with a two hour window. They call me and tell me they could not make it because they no longer do installations. I asked "" Since when since you have taked my appmt. 3 times. She could not give me an answer.\r \r This is not the company for you if you want good customer service. Look somewhere else. more
