Bad experience with a Incoherent employee. D***y 1. Sends me the wrong part. 2. Sends me the right part but wrong side 3. Sends me a defective part. 4. When i call back tells me that, that in particular peace its not included. 5. ETC ETC The point is ----- DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.. more

I called and ordered a part from them...i waited a week and finally the ups showed up telling me to pay on the spot for the part..i was furious knowing that the amount was already taken out of my account so why would i need to pay twice? i call them and the guy said he 'fixed' the issue..waited another 3 days and nothing..called them again and they gave me lots of trouble and finally some lady seemed to help me out and said the part was on its way..waiting another 3 days the parts comes in..ITS THE WRONG YEAR AND THE WRONG MODEL!!! now i need to repack it and they will pick it up..only after that will i receive me part..2 WEEKS wasted! i wish i wouldve never ordered from them...TOTALLY DISSATISFIED..Do not order unless you want to throw your money and time into a dumpster Pros: Not much i can say... Cons: Not well trained workers? Bad employees? Horrible service!!! more
