Recently a very good friend of mine was invited to this church.It was Sunday the 22nd of Jan 2012.He indicated the staff are very nice.However;Some of the guests are and can be very rude.The following comments were made by a male Hispanic adult to my friend; ""You ""F""in puss,you caused me problems at the library."" He repeated; "" You ""F""in pussy you caused me problems at the library!"" The elderly male white adult staff just sat on a chair he indicated. As though is mind was some where else.What should have occured? Automatically ask that person using profanity in a harsh threatening manner should have been asked to leave.If he did'nt comply local police should have been called for disturbing a peacful assembly or disturbing the peace.No instead of addressing the actions of being loud and boisterous a violation of Calif Penal Code:415 .1.2.3 under loud and boisterious and chalenging and dueling to a fight;The elderly male white adult sat on his chair.The details that lead up to this were: The male Hispanic adult with one eye gray and the other is brown,went into the Westminister library sat next to my friend at the library.Note:He could have used any other computer yet he sat next to my friend.Prior to leaving he slaped my friend on the shoulder and the back.My friend has some back inhuries.The following day my friend reported the male Hispanic adult that has one eye gray and one brown to the libarian.He informed the libarian he was sorry.Yet based on his words of profanity used on the private property of Living Waters Christian Fellowship.He was not.His excuse was he wanted to say hi.My friend does'nt even know this guy.He has seen him a few times at the Monday feed ,offered by Garden Grove Calvary Chapel .At Atlantis Park .City of Westmister and on a couple occassions at ;Living Waters in the city of Fountain Valley.Its evident when he slapped my friend on the back and shoulder he wanted a reaction.So the reaction he got perhaps was not the one he wanted.When my friend turned him into the head libarian at Westminster library. He has no right using threats,or words that demean or are meant to instigate or provoke a fight.Yet the elderly male white adult sat on the chair and said and did nothing.As though he approved of the yelling and profanity and demeaning words.Now Joe the speaker made comments that are questionable.Some people could get stabbed proceeded from his mouth. The entire contents are not recalled at this time.Also that lots of correctional officers that leave prison will be going to hell. Some prisoners will never leave prison will go to heaven. Why does he not read a chapter from the Bible .Then explain it? Instead of using the pulpit to vent his inner feelings about prison guards? What should be addressed: Leave you're hate and hate speech at home.Next:Don't touch or use profanity at any time ,or you will be asked to leave.Fresh water and salt water does not come from the same fountain.Also my friend pointed out the male Hispanic adult was sitting in the back ,it appeared he was sitting next to a couple that came in late.They were in a black van.Coincidently parked next to my friends car.Was there some alterior motive? It does appear its always the same small group of people.Some might consider it a click.We know how some clicks can stick together.Yet as the way it is now,it is obvious there are issues that should be addressed.Like why was the male Hispanic adult allowed to raise his voice and make derogatory statements? Why did'nt any of the staff not ask him to go? Primarily after he yelled and used profanity in the church private property?
