The first few times I went to this clinic, I thought it was decent. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but not rude, either. I felt that I got the treatment I needed and that appropriate attention was given when needed. Lately, I've had billing issues every time I've visited. I'm not sure who is at fault because the office, lab, and insurance company all blame each other. At first, the office staff seemed helpful with helping to sort out the billing situation, but later became frustrated and gave up. Even with the mediocre atmosphere, I probably would have continued to go here until a recent incident. I was extremely sick and needed to be seen by a doctor. I was told on the phone that all of the doctors were out of town for the next week. That was it, no other explanation, no helpful advice, and no referral to see another substitute doctor. Though this clinic is much closer to me than others, I feel that this behavior was cold and irresponsible and from now on, I choose to go elsewhere. If you want a decent clinic and don't care about customer service, then this may be an ok place for you.
