They walked out and shook my hand when I arrived! I couldn't believe how friendly everybody there was. It's not a typical doctor's office. It's a big, open atmosphere where everyone's doing their therapies and having a good time! Dr. Cox is amazing and has the friendliest, happiest staff I've ever seen! Just about anyone and everyone in Little Elm knows him! Pros: Friendly, no waiting, everyone's happy, Dr. Cox is awesome! Cons: It's always packed, so parking is tight more
