This is the famous Czech Bakery that many travelers on Interstate 35 cannot pass up. They make Czech Kolaches (small round sweet bread filled with fruit or meat). They have many other great bakery items here as well. Put your diet on hold and enjoy the homemade pastries. It is next door to the ""Czech Stop"" Store which sells the same items as the bakery. The bakery closes around 8 pm but the store is 24 hours 7 days a week. They have about 130 employees and bake in the huge kitchens 24 hours a day. Once you make that first visit you are guaranteed to stop in the little Czech Town of West everytime.
Pros: You will love the ""kolaches"". Always fresh and made on site.
Cons: This place is very busy so expect to wait, but not normally to long.
