We decided to give Little Azio a try again. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Pesto Pasta with added Provalone Cheese and Artichoke Hearts. This time we did not care to order it with sausge. The Pesto sauce was very good. I even wished that I had room for another piece of bread to finish all of it. We also ordered the Four Cheese Pizza with Shrimp. It was very good, too. I love their thin pizza crust. We always add red pepper as we like spicy food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will start coming back more often again. I like it that they offer whole wheat pasta and have suggested that they offer whole wheat pizza crust but have not seen that added as an alternative. If you like healthier alternatives, be sure to ask for them. Pros: Patio Dining, Parking, Casual Atmosphere Cons: Very Noisy Inside, I prefer the Patio more

You can do better in Decatur 4/7/2007

With the abundance of delicious restaurants in Decatur, there's no sense in bothering with this mediocre pasta joint. The atmosphere is pleasant and the server was friendly (once she finished her cell phone call), but the food was disappointing and not worth the $25 we paid for lunch for two. My husband's alfredo sauce was tasty, but the sliced chicken he'd requested was dried out and seemed like it might have been boiled (a terrible way to cook meat). My pesto sauce was not bad, just bland. It had a cream base, and perhaps pesto is too light a flavor to compete with cream. Anyway, it was almost flavorless. But worse than the bland pesto sauce was the mountain of chopped iceberg lettuce that passed (or tried to pass) for a Caesar salad. \r \r So, the portions are generous, the space is bright and clean, and the food is not terribly expensive... but you can do so much better in Decatur. With gems like Duck's Cosmic Kitchen, Southern Sweets, Our Way Cafe, and Thumbs Up, there's no sense in settling for blah food, unless you're in dire need of a cheap pasta fix and don't have time to drive down to Eats on Ponce. Pros: Quick, convenient Cons: Bland food more

yum! 12/21/2006

they have the best bruscetta ever! very generous portions at very reasonable prices. very friendly service, most of the staff seemed happy to be there. This place seems to be doing everything right! Pros: good food, big portions, casual environment, prices, parking, attractive/friendly staff Cons: nope. more

Solid quick eat 12/16/2006

Little Azio is certainly a great place to grab a quick, relatively inexpensive meal. The service is fast, and the food is pretty high quality. I would recommend the thin crust pizzas, the pasta dishes are also recommended. Very good salad as well. Pros: Service, Pizza more

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME 11/16/2006

great food at a great price. I had their special which was a tortellini dish with chicken and sun dried tomatos in alfredo sauce. My girlfriend had a salad which i forget the name. everything was amazing and the service was great and very attentive. I felt that the servers went out of their way for us knowing that it was our first visit. it worked. I'll definitely be going back and bringing friends with me. Pros: everything! more
