Unfriendly hardly covers it 6/27/2007

When I tried to make the appointment I was given the "rules" - I had to call one week prior to confirm my appointment or it would be given away. No make up or nail polish - I was okay with that. And don't be late - the doctor won't see late patients. Okay... I mentioned that this sounded a little strident. The woman on the phone said the doctor is very matter of fact, if I'm looking for a friendly conversation I'm not going to get it and since I'm already negative about this visit maybe I should find a different doctor. Wow. That's what I'm going to do, though, find a different doctor. more

Unfriendly office personnel. It is NOT about the customer. 9/26/2005

This doctor has very strange rules set up in his office. There are no reminders for appointments to the patient, there are charges for missed appointments even if they are only once a year and there are charges for missed appointments for those patients that have long moved to other states and written a letter to request that all records be sent to a different doctor. What is strange is when you call and talk to the people at the office, all you get is that it is 'not our problem’; it is patient responsibility to still call and cancel the appointment. No one is willing to work with you and dismiss the inappropriate charges. This is the way this doctor treats his patients. LOOK OUT! more

He is just ok 8/11/2005

I did not expect a super-duper service from him and as expected I did not get one. He is just another dermatologist in the neighborhood. He knows his job, yes but he could do a whole lot better. His fee is nominal but you cannot pay a fortune for some service like his. Given a chance I would seek for a different dermatologist in the vicinity. more
