White Glove never seses to amaze me. I was in a bind with a last minute order from a client. I had to ship his living room set he purchased asap. White Glove was able to give me a quick turnaround move. It cost more then it ussually does but it was well worth it. They saved my skin and my client is happy. Like always White Glove is great and i am glad i found them. more

They make it look easy to move. Things went very smoothly. The stress was lifted when I chose this company, we thought we would never be finished in time so we picked their all inclusive Platinum package, where they came in and did all of the packing for us. 18We are so excited!! We just moved into our dream house in Texas well actually our dream ranch. Since I was a little kid I have wanted to live on a ranch. I was raised in the city of San Francisco. We chose Lightening Van Lines because my brother in law used them to move him and his family about three years ago and they didn’t have problems. We called them up and they had a salesperson come out two days later, we have antique furniture that needed to be moved with extra care. The salesperson was very friendly and understood how much our collection meant to us. He assured us our price was firm & would stay the same. It did. The movers built special boxes for us to ensure nothing got damaged. They wrote a detailed inventory of everything we had go on the truck. 8 days later everything arrived in Texas and nothing was damaged. When it came off the truck they checked it off the inventory list. Over all it was a great experience. The salesperson was friendly and informative. The movers were on time & very friendly. more

First off, your salesman, Richard was not only very professional; but at the same time very comforting to me at a time that was so very stressful. At our age, my husband and myself was not looking forward to moving. Richard helped me with all my questions and concerns without pushing me to choose Lightning Van Lines. I do not like to be pushed into a decision and Richard gave me the right questions to ask when I called other moving companies. I’m really surprised that my move went off without a hitch. Moving in the dead of winter from NY to CA, what was I thinking? By the way love this CA weather, just wanted to get the heck out of NY. I asked everyone I knew who had moved into my building, most of them had horrible experiences. One of them recommended Lightning Van Lines. So I decided to give them a call. Everyone was wonderful from the sales guy on the phone to the movers who were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The sales guy asked the right questions to figure out what I was shipping across the country and the final price didn’t vary that much. When the movers got there they saw that a few items I packed needed a better packing job to arrive safely; I agreed and my TV and great grandma’s tea set arrived unharmed. We felt a lot of trepidation about hiring a moving company, but from the moment Jorge and his team stepped into our apartment, that trepidation completely and totally disappeared!! They were professional from the first second, going over everything in great detail to ensure that they were doing exactly what we wanted. He explained all of their procedures....then they got to work. We were out of the old place and completely set up in the new place within 3.5 hours. Nothing was damaged, nothing broken, not even so much as a scratch on anything!!!!!!!! Aside from that, Jorge and his team took apart and put back together our bed frame, dining room table, and a few other misc furniture pieces. They were quick, they were thorough, and totally worth the cost. I would hire them again in a second and plan on recommending them to anyone I come in contact with. I want to take the time and yes they earned this with a lot of sweat and strong muscles but most of all they earned it with their attitude, I have relocated in my life at least 6-8 times that I can remember, very seldom in my life I have seen such focused energized good hearted people that work as a team thorough out the whole process. My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles to Washington to be near our grandkids. I have tendonitis in my hand and my husband is in need of a new hip. Yes, what a pair. We needed young strong guys to help us pack up and move. We had several companies come out and give us quotes. After all the hoopla and too high of promises I chose to go with Lightning Van Lines because they seemed honest and didn’t promise the world. Nancy told it like it was when she came to our home to give us a visual estimate. On the day of the move three young strong men came and quickly packed up our home of 42 years. I thought it would take days but they arrived early in the morning and were done just before dinner. They even packed some of my most precious belongings in our trailer. Lightning has free storage for one month so we spent the next two weeks traveling in our home on wheels up the coast visiting friends and making new ones. When we knew our arrival date in Spokane, we gave them a call. Our worldly possessions arrived just a few days after we closed on our new house. I recommend Lightning Van Lines to anyone who is moving. more
