Life Time Fitness

I have been a member of the Lifetime Fitness for over 2 years and still love it as much today long after the honeymoon is over and the dust has settled as I did when we first joined. In choosing a health club after the birth of our second child, Lifetime stood out because of it's superior child care center over so many other health clubs we looked at. Most health clubs have a small 10x10 room with 10 toys and a 16 year old kid that they call a child center. We knew it would be a daily battle to drag our children to the gym with us at any of these clubs. So when we found Lifetime with a their child facility which included tubes, a basketball court, a computer lab, a large play area filled with large and small toys, a separate area for small babies as young as three months, and always well staffed, we were sold. My wife (much more the fitness enthusiast than me) loves the personal trainers, the group classes, and the well maintained and current equipment. I love the large sauna, 2 large hot tubs, the towel service, and the steam room which is available in each locker room. Our kids, in addition to being in love with the child center are also big fans of the family hours in the zero depth pool. I could go on to rave about the Salon/Spa and the Life Cafe but this would start to sound like a paid advertisement, So let's suffice to say our entire family loves being members of Lifetime Fitness. more

Lifetime Fitness in Schaumburg is one of the best fitness facilities I have seen. I visited here with a friend on a guest pass and I was amazed with their great facilities. They have spacious rooms here and they have everything here, a salon, a cafe, lots of machines, basketball courts, and so much more. Everything here is so well kept and really nicely maintained. The monthly membership here is a bit expensive, but good for a frequent user because their facilities are so good. more

This is a big place with a lot in store. They have the usual exercise equipment but they way they set them up is the good thing. They do it in such a way that you can work all of your muscles in different ways with one machine. They have a swimming pool and a big basketball court. The service is also great here, although, it is a little costly for membership. more

This gym has all kinds of equipment for legs, arms , back ... They have the best combination of machines , sweeming pools , spa , massages , sauna... I can exercise all my body musculess there . I have had memberships to other clubs in Chicago , but this one I can say is the best ! Quality and good membership benefits . Thay even have got the ClubTab . What else you can ask for ?It's simply the best ! more

Life Time Fitness has to be by far the best work out place. It is open 24 hours a day and they provide clients with towels and locker use. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The cost of membership is a bit high, but it is worth it for what you get. There are no contracts, so you can quit your membership anytime. There is a fee if you want re-apply for membership. more

Great place to workout and they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They offer a lot of classes to choose from and their exercise equipment and facility are very modern and clean. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, rock climbing wall, weights, treadmills, basketball courts, etc. They also have a full service salon and spa. The initiation fee and monthly fee is a bit pricey. more
