Please Please DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy a groupon for botox. I bought the groupon for 40 units of botox. When I arrived for my appointment I was taken into a room by some receptionist who proceeds to tell me that Dr. Chen has to pay groupon and he does not make any money unless I purchase additional units above the 40 that I bought the groupon for. Also told me that I needed at least 20 units in each area or I would not see any results. This is not true as I have had botox before and did not get 20 units in each area. She then proceeds to argue with me and stomp out of the room. Obviously she ""prepped"" Dr. Chen that I would not be purchasing additional units because when he came in the room he was annoyed. Basically went back and forth with me for about 20 minutes arguing with me. Told me that I needed 80 units!!!!! I mean seriously that is insane. After arguing with me he stomps out of the room and comes back with a syringe that he had drawn up out of the room....again made me very uncomfortable as I would like to see what is being put in the syringe and know that I am getting the 40 units I paid for. I honestly think he went and put water in it to get me back for not purchasing additional units so not only did I not get what I paid for but I felt harassed the entire time. After I got home I called up there asking some questions such as is it normal for Dr. Chen to fill the syringe outside the room, what is your reconstitution ratio, etc. and the gentleman I talked to was very defensive.......if you don't have anything to hide then you should gladly answer any questions your customers have. Again DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
