Very friendly and convenient 9/19/2011

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I shopped around for storage units in the area and they had a great special and pricing. The units are very easy to get too. There is no stairs or elevators. If I need storage again in Las Vegas I would go back to Silverado Self Storage. more

The Best Self-Storage Facility 9/19/2010

I have been using Silverado Self Storage for many years now, and I cannot be more please. The storage facilities are clean, the alarm system is very secure, the units are easily accessible, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility for any off site storage need you may have! more

Professional and Friendly Storage 8/20/2010

I used this self storage for 7 months while I had to make a quick dash out of the country. It was so quick and easy. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I had no problems with my checking account from their auto withdrawal. And the check out process was very professional and efficient as well. I definitely recommend this company for any storage needs. The prices aren't too high and service is wonderful. more

Best Self Storage in Vegas 4/20/2009

Staff was very accommodating and helpful when I needed something. Very refreshing in this day and age when good service is not what it use to be. I recommend Silverado Self Storage to everyone I know looking for a self storage unit. Pros: Great Staff, Excellent Service Cons: No problems more

Best Storage I have found 8/26/2008

I store 2 service vans there and it's been a positive experience for me. I looked at several others, but they all had break-ins recently. At Silverado Ranch Storage the security is top notch, the facility is clean, and the staff is friendly. A good safe place to store what ever you may need to. more

Worse Storage Facility in Vegas 4/29/2007

In a short period of time they lost their manager and their rating too. Their old manager was one of the best storage managers I have ever meet. The new one is just a donkey, he is unaccomodating, not helpful and an arrogant pig. The facility is constantly trashed, I heard rodents running on the roof while in my unit (I have since moved). I cant believe how fast this place went downhill. Cons: Parking, Customer Service, Cleanliness more
