Sort version : go somewhere else.\r \r They are horrible. When the autopay breaks they charge late fees, and argue about it. Double billing is common and they refuse to discuss...

Sort version : go somewhere else.\r \r They are horrible. When the autopay breaks they charge late fees, and argue about it. Double billing is common and they refuse to discuss fixing the system. Ask why they charge hundreds in junk fees and they say it's corporate policy... But when you contact corporate offices they send you back to the local location. \r If they do things this bad, you have to start wondering how the REIT customers are treated. more

Excellent Manager, Good prices, and Great location. 4/9/2008

This is the best storage unit I have ever rented. The location is perfect for me and the Manager is always in great spirits, friendly, and helpful. The ability to pay on-line is a great feature too! My ONLY COMPLAINT is that my rent went up after my first year. Hopefully it won't go up after my second year or I will start looking for another place to rent. Pros: Friendly Manager, availablity of truck rental for free upon move in. Great location. Cons: Price could go up after a year. more

no truck available...will ruin your credit.....lousy con...gave notice...was lied to, lost my stuff, (400.00) worth and then had credit ruined...DO NOT TRUST GOOD OL UNCLE BOB Pros: looks nice, but is a con Cons: eventually you will lose your stuff and money and credit more
