I tried returning a brand new hat given to me as a gift, and I had my receipt. The guy, who said his name was Brian and that he was the manager, took the hat and inspected it very intently all the while giving me suspicious looks, then says "this hat has been worn". I told him I had only put it on once to try it on and that it wasn't my style and all I wanted was to get one that was my style. He continued to accuse me that the hat had been worn and even told me "it smells like your hair". How the hell would he know what my hair smells like?! I told him I couldn't believe he was giving me this and he proceeded to call mall security. Of course their was nothing they could do but this Brian fellow tells them I can never come back into his store because I cussed in front of other customers. What a total jerk.
