Customer service is severely lacking. I have had trouble getting a check that was somehow lost, but the accounts clerk said there was no record of a payment ever having been sent...

Stepped up to the plate; we love our house! 8/4/2011

Mr Fee went above and beyond our expectations. When we could not contact the realtor for the house Mr Fee showed us he stepped up to the plate and made things happen. We love the house and will definitively recommend friends and family to Mr Fee. Thank you Mr Fee for your time. more

Patrick Casey gets the job done well!! 6/18/2011

After a few frustrating experiences, I found Patrick and in less than a week, I was in my new house. Fabulous! It is a perfect fit for my family, and there was no pressure to make a decision or go beyond my budget. I relocated from Dallas with less than a weeks notice on a holiday weekend. Patrick took my late night call and set up an account for me on the spot. He has excellent customer service skills, will listen to your needs, and will go above and beyond to get you where you want to be. I have recommended him to all my coworkers that were transferred. He wont disappoint! more

An Excellent Real Estat Agent 6/13/2011

I would like to recommend Patrick Casey with Liberty Mangement if you are looking to rent or buy a house. We had a short time to find the right home. We were relocating to San Antonio.We only had one weekend to find the perfect house. Patrick took time off his weekend to help us. Patrick did not rush us into a home..he made sure we were satisfied. He showed us several properties and told us everything we would need to get the home. He even called us after we moved in to make sure all was good. He was efficient, friendly,and had great customer service skills. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their new home. We will be returning to him in the future to help us buy a home. Patrick Casey with Liberty Management gets an A+ 5/22/2011

My family and I were mving to San Antonio from Missouri. We did not know anything about the area, schools,etc...We have 3 kids so all that is crucial. So we had a lot of questions. Patrick was there to answer them all!! We called several times before arriving in town with many questons each time.. Patrick answered each time and made sure we got our answers and were satisfied. He found us the perfect home for our budget and needs. Before calling Patrick, we had talked to other realtors However, none of them took the extra step to help us find a perfect rental home before we were able to buy in San Antonio. We are so thankful to have found Patrick.I will be using Patrick in the future to buy my home. I strongly recomend Patrick to anyone loking to rent or buy a home. He was exceptional. more

New Time Property Renter 5/21/2011

I recently used Liberty Management to manage a property I needed to rent out. I had never rented out a property before and the agent, Steve Pittman, made the process comfortable and walked me through everything I needed to know. It was far easier than I imagined. I was also guided on strategies to make my property more attractive to prospective renters. Given my experience so far, I would definitely recommend their services. more

Liberty takes care of your Property! 5/15/2011

Liberty has been doing a great job managing my property. They make sure to do a rental analysis every time the lease comes up for renewal to make sure I am getting market rent. They also do survey pictures at 6 months and renewal time so I can see if the property is being well maintained before the tenants are renewed for another year. At the end of the year I get a summary of income and expenses for my taxes. Plus they do automatic deposit of the rent. more
