My pump kept shutting off after an hour or so, and I had no idea why. I talked to Devin at the Ina and Thornydale location, and she told me I should bring it in to have it checked...

My pump kept shutting off after an hour or so, and I had no idea why. I talked to Devin at the Ina and Thornydale location, and she told me I should bring it in to have it checked out. I brought it in, she tested it, and sure enough the motor was shot because of a seal failure. An hour later, she had a brand new motor and seal on it. She went above and beyond, and charged no labor! Pros: Great service! Great staff! Cons: The store is a little dingy. more

Great Service 10/15/2007

I have been going to this store since I bought a house with a pool six months ago. As a new pool owner, I found their advice to be helpful without being condesending.\r They are also very focused on customer satiffaction. One recent example, when a part I needed wasn't delivered as promised, they took the part off of their display and gave it to me for free. That was a $25 value. This is not the only example of when they have gone out of their way to help. \r I won't shop at any other pool store. Pros: Friendly professional staff. Good parking. Cons: They set expectations too high for all other retailers. more

Highly recommend 11/14/2004

I found the staff extremely knowledgable and friendly. They always have or are able to get quickly whatever I need. Best pool place in Tucson bar none. Pros: Friendly, Knowledgable, Convenient more
