Value for Money- good at their job 7/21/2009

Went in to get a slow leak in tire repaired. Had previously gone to Firestone up the street, who couldn?t find anything in 2hrs of checking. Les Schwab found a nail in tire immediately. I want a good tire shop 2/26/2008

on 2/25/08 Monday they stole my BMW value caps, which has BMW logo and they cost $20 for 4 of them. I replaced one tire and after its done, I found out I had plastic cap on new tire, and I went back to ask for my old value cap and they gave to me, but after I got home, I was missing other value cap. more

Bad Luck 8/19/2005

Les Schwab Tire Centers has a reputation of being a great place to buy tires, with a guarantee that is unmatched but we had an experience quite the opposite. It takes just one salesperson to damage the reputation and turn away dozens of customers. We purchased tires at the Beaverton Les Schwab and one was of low quality. When we returned to ask for a replacement or credit towards a new tire we were denied. We went to another Les Schwab where they were amazed at the outcome we had encountered at the previous Les Schwab. It soured us on using this tire company when there are plenty of businesses out there that would love to sell us tires. more
