POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/25/2011

Was not impressed on the customer service at all. I was very unhappy with how they talked to me over the phone. They made me feel extremely stupid just from asking a question. If the receptionist/dispatch doesn't enjoy her job she should look for one that she would. NEVER should a company treat customers like that. more

beware! They will rip you off. 4/17/2008

Leon's plumbing quoted one price and charged me over twice the amount. There was no misunderstanding about what I needed. This was a simple job and I was very specific over the phone. They added extra charges for the machine (the job cannot be done without it and all other plumbers told me that there was a charge for it) more

Trustworthy 4/4/2007

This company is owned by an honest, hard working family man. They saved my landlady over $500. We were told we had to raise the water heater off the floor by OK Natural Gas Co. They came out and said that they didn't have to since all older houses were grandfathered in. Only the new houses had to be raised. They could have made some money, but chose to do what was best for the customer. more

Superb 4/3/2007

I cannot recommend these guys enough. The work is prompt and I never feel like they are trying to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. When we had an old shower part that I could not find a replacement for anywhere, they had one. That small part saved me ripping out the whole shower and replacing it! Leon's is our first call when in need! more
