I am not sure of other companies customer service out there, but I can assure you, if all you want is a company to install a furnace, take your money, and then not come back and fix it in a timely manner when it won't work. Then Leonard-Splaine is your company. We had a brand new furnace installed in October, and have had to have them come back and fix it 3 times already and it is only the first week of January. It seems to be about once a month that someone has to come out, and we are still on our first tank of oil. The best part about it, is that each of the servicemen blame the installers, or previous service person for the problem. Never once has anyone blamed our heating systems problem on the system itself. Now, I can accept that with anything new, you are going to have problems, however, I cannot except the fact that I have 3 small children and it is 40 degrees in my house and they can't get anyone out here for another day.
