I was really impressed with the very friendly person that greeted me when I arrived for an appt to have maintenance in my car, assuming he was the owner. I was equally impressed with the way he talked to a couple of other customers. He seemed to go out of his way to listen to their concerns, answer thoroughly any questions, and work out a way to manage meeting their needs. There was never a feeling of being too busy or rushed, or that your question is dumb, but rather complete focus on the customer's needs. I had heard good things about this garage from other people, and I took advantage of a mailer coupon. I'm really glad I did, because I left with the sense that customer satisfaction was Ed or Leo's priority, both with the service and the affordable price, and I will definitely trust them with my repair needs and come back.
