Took my Van in for alignment here after having all front end parts replaced with new quality parts with the exception of the sway bar itself although the sway bar bushings were replaced. They aligned it and it seemed okay. Took it back 5mos later as the alignment did not hold. It slipped out . LeMeilleur's said I needed to replace the relay arm from pitman arm to draglink, found both right and left steering idlers bad found the right outer ball joint bad. Then they said I may have hit something. WRONG! All these parts were new so naturally I didn't believe them so I took the van to two different reputable licensed shops here simply asking they check all front end parts both shops strongly disagreed with LeMeilleur's opinion, saying it has all new parts has no play and nothing is worn or bad. Had it realigned at one of these other shops and it's fine. LeMeilleurs said they could realign it but with bad parts it would only last a couple months. I went to school for Mechanics and have never heard that one before. There's no way to align a vehicle with bad or worn parts. Any mechanic who knows anything will tell you this. Granted after 5 months a vehicle can slip out of alignment. My beef with them is I did not and do not need to replace any parts. I met with the owner David LeMeilluer showing the results and statements from the two other shops. David LeMeilleur defended his findings stating he had the best mechanics in Kerrville and the other mechanic's basically didn't know what they were doing. He said he himself witnessed the so called play which were in the Bad parts which was causing my problem. Well apparently someone needs glasses. He told my wife and I that I had to choose who I trusted and who to go with and show loyalty to. I agreed with him because I definitely do not trust Lemeilleur's. I say enter this shop at your own risk! more

Older woman by herself. Can trust them to take care of my car. Inspection this trip. They put my new tags on, new sticker in window along with the inspection sticker. Appreciated that!!!!! more

This was my first service at LeMeilleur's and I was very impressed. Stopped in without an appointment to see if they could test my battery that I suspected was the cause of a sluggish start that morning. Not only did they fix it that day, they also provided transportation to my job and back and they made some additional minor repairs at no charge. Everyone was friendly and clean (important when you are driving my vehicle). In fact, I was quite impressed who clean the whole place was. The waiting area was very similar to the Lexus dealership in comfort and cleanliness. I will definitely come back and will recommend LeMeilleur's to other people! more

I took my car in for an oil change. With my permission, they did a MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, and found some things that I would not have noticed....things that definitely needed to be attended to. I gave that list to my capable husband. Thanks for the honey - do list! more

LeMilleur's is the best automotive repair shop I've been to in years. The combination office/waiting room is the most beautiful one I've ever seen, and the professional yet personable staff made me feel right at home. They diagnosed my problem, explained the solution, fixed it and even did a quick inspection of my vehicle and discovered some other items that need attention at my discretion. I'm excited too that they work on RV's - they definitely will be my RV shop. I can't say enough good about LeMeilleur's. more

He took the time to discuss what the problem was, discussed each step of the diagnosis and isured our coach was reparied correctly for our trip back home.
