Just leased an Altima from Leith Nissan. As a two time Honda Accord owner I was reluctant to make the switch to the Altima. The service that I received, however, along with the great deal was just too much to turn down. A very pleasant experience working with Holston Oliver and the team at the dealership. I recently worked with Anthony Lamme at Leith Jaguar when I bought my car...which was actually an Audi. Although he was a Jaguar salesman he was extremely qualified to help out with my Audi purchase and didn't try to steer me in a different direction than what I had come to look at, like so many salesmen do. I really appreciated his effort to go above and beyond to make sure ultimately I was happy with every aspect of my car purchase. Will definitely go straight to Anthony next time I look to buy a car. more

The best service EVER! 4/11/2011

We recently purchased a 2011 XF ? an absolute dream car! After a week of driving, we took the car back to get a Simonize treatment as part of the sales agreement. When we went to pick up the car, we were told the worst thing you can imagine: The car had been damaged in the shop. We were in shock, and no one really knew what to do late on a Friday night. They offered us a loaner car, which we really didn?t need so we passed. All weekend we fretted about an outcome that would leave us with a ?new? but repaired car. We had no doubt that Leith would repair the car ?as new,? but we really didn?t want to start off with a repaired car. more

Wow! What a Suprise! 1/6/2011

My husband and I drove to pick up my 1996 XJR after it had some small repairs. Prior to entering Leith Jaguar, Mr. Larry Hollingshead introduced himself to us and asked if he could help us. I assured him that we were there to pick up a car, not to buy one. I entered Leith Jaguar to meet with my excellent service advisor, Matthew Christenson, and pay for the repairs. After paying I returned to the lot only to find that my husband had spotted a previously owned Jaguar(a 2007 R) he thought I might enjoy. Mr. Hollingshead was waiting with the door open. My husband, Ed, asked me to take it for a test drive, I did. Larry and I drove around and I was so pleased with the way the car drove----a lot of changes had occured over 11 years but not so much in the ""old"" body type which I just love. Ed and I had a ""conversation"" with Larry concerning the trade in value of our car and the purchase price of the one I test drove. Offers were made, counter offers etc. as would be expected. Ed nor I never felt any pressure from Larry to purchase a car. He was a gentleman and answered all of our questions in a thoughtful considerate manner. We picked up our ""new"" car a couple of days later and are really enjoying it. Remember, we were not there to buy a car, we were happy with the car we had, but had such a positive experience learning about the features of newer Jags that the time just seemed right. Thank you Mr. Hollingshead for my Christmas present!! more

Leith's Customer Service Sucks!! 12/16/2010

I have taken my car to Leith Jaguar 3 times in 2010. The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT accept Matthew Christensen as your service tech (the person that checks your car in, and calls to give you an update). This person is rude and obnoxious. After speaking to the service manager about his behaviour, I was told that half of the customers like him, and half do not. I would think, if you have a person where half of the customers do not like dealing with him, this would deemed a major problem. This person should not be working there. I was advised to ask for someone else when scheduling an appointment. I would advise you to do the same, or go somewhere else. more

Satisfied Customers 12/12/2010

Since moving to Chapel Hill from the DC area in 1998, we have used Leith Jaguar. Having been very satisfied with their service department, we have since purchased two cars through our sales person, Bobby Estill. He makes our buying experience very painless and finds just the right car for us. When we come in for service, he always takes the time to come see us and make sure we are satisfied with our car and the entire Leith experience. Thanks for always going the extra mile for us, Bobby! 3 cars later...... 11/22/2010

I have owned many high end cars in the past but I have yet to be treated with the highest level of professionalism and proficiency as I have been with my salesperson Alex and the staff at Leith Jaguar. For this reason Leith Jaguar and Alex Wilson have my loyalty when I am in the market for a new vehicle for the process is always easy (almost to easy) and they always make me feel as if I am the only customer in the building. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a luxury vehicle more

From the beginning of my car shopping experience to the present ALEX WILSON has given me excellent customer service. During the car shopping process ALEX WILSON was very patient and honest with me. I appreciate the fact he was not a pushy salesman. Thankfully there were no surprises! Love my Jaguar! 10/13/2010

I went to Leigh Jaguar to look at a 2006 Jag with lower mileage than my 2002 Jaguar. I had an appointment with Ian Thompson. He met me there with the car already washed and in front of the dealership. He was very professional, genuinely warm, honest and went out of his way to make this car work for me. He spent a lot of time with me showing me the features and has even offered to come to my home to help me program the garage door opener and familiarize me with the navigation system. I would recommend Ian to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or USED Jaguar. It is a great car and so much for your money! more

I recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from Leith and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I worked with Ian Thompson and it was such a pleasure the entire time. He was honest from start to finish and went out of his way to make sure that I found the car that was right for me. This was my first big girl purchase since just graduating from college so it was great to work with someone who helped to put my mind at ease. I recently purchased a new Jaguar XJ from Leith and this was the best purchase experience I've ever had. The professionalism and expertise of salesmen Alex Wilson and Ian Thompson was great. I would highly recommend Alex and Ian to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Leith. Because I'm in sales, I tend to have higher expectations from other sales people and they passed the test with flying colors! more

Crooks!! 1 star rating cause no stars review wouldn't submit 2/20/2010

I took my jaguar s-type here for repairs.... asked them to tell my why my engine light was on and then fix it. I paid them damn near $900 and drove off and went 30 miles and the light came back on.... the light didn't even stay off for 24 hours!!!! Now they want more money for something else they claim is also wrong with the car.... mind you this was not wrong with it before the first time they so called fixed it!!!! Cons: They are experts at robbing old people and women!!! more
