Leith Ford - Horrible Experience. Poor communications - took 28 days to pay our trade off - refused to pay the interest charges during this period of time - Misrepresented Ford rebates and financing - Has made no attempt to bring a mutual resolution to the table - I ended up paying more for this vehicle because of the dealership's handling of this sale. Sales Person was Chris Roberson, Sales Manager was Tony D., Finance Manager Tony Crews. They accept no responsibility for their poor performance at all! Buy a vehicle from anywhere but here. PS: we upgraded the cloth seats to leather and asked to keep our cloth seats, since we paid for them and in case we damage the leather - nope, ignored. more

I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from Leith Buick GMC of Wendell, N.C. and I must say it was the best expierence I have ever had at a car dealer ship. The sales associate Jeff Friedman was never pushy or rude through the entire deal. He was patient/ kind and made sure I was satisfied with every detail. We made an aggrement on fixing a small scratch on the car and he did not let me down; beautiful job! I recomend anyone who is looking for a car dealer ship that cares just as much about the customer as they do making a sale, Leith Buick GMC is the place and Jeff Friedmon is your man! Thank you Jeff for a world class experience and another satisfied customer! more

Positive experience 7/22/2011

Recently found a car on Autotrader and went to Leith in Wendell to test drive it. Andy Penny was professional and helpful. Overall it was a better than expected experience as I generally do not like dealing with car dealerships. I would have no problem recommending Andy to others. more

We were looking for a vehicle to replace one that we were unhappy with. We had been to many dealerships and had spoken with a variety of sales people. When we got to Leith we were greeted by Andrew and he took the time to listen to the concerns we had related to a new vehicle. He showed us a couple of vehicles that did not quite fit what we were looking for. As we provided feedback he listened and eventually found a vehicle for us. The negotiations for pricing went as expected from previous negotiations. Eventually Andrew hung in there and helped us get the vehicle at the price we wanted. We would recommend Leith and Andrew if you are in the market for a vehicle. more

I was highly satisfied with Mr. Andrew Jone's and Mr. Jay Dove's assistance in finding my wife a car within her budget. A few days later Mr. Dove called my wife and informed her that he and Mr. Jones found a way for her to save an extra $2,700 on the car! Wow! I recommeend anyone in neeed of a fine auto to go to this business. They go out of their way to satisfy you. more

A Blessing 6/24/2011

Lieth Buick GMC of Wendell is the best. I am being transferred in my job. On June 15, 2011 my truck of over 300, 000 miles was dying. I said Lord if my truck makes it to Lieth I will try to get something. You see I have never owned my own vehicle and my credit isn't good. I really figured they would laugh and send me away. I drove up and Andrew Jones met me at the door. I was very nervous and he made me feel very at ease. I told him exactly what I needed and how I only had very little money to work with for payments and only my old truck to trade in. I believe God directed my footsteps to him because only God, Andrew and Jay Dove could of gotten me such a great deal, low payments, and my Dodge Avenger 2008 with very low mileage. I even had a question about the car and the service dept took care of that for free. Now I recomment Lieth and Andrew to everyone I meet. Andrew, Jay, and the service team are truely a blessing. Amazing! 6/19/2011

My husband and I went to Leith Wendell and had the pleasure of working with Victor Perez. Victor was an excellent salesman and knew what he was talking about. He worked hard to help us find the car that we needed! Thanks to his hard work and dedication to his customers, Victor helped us drive home in our 2010 Pontiac G6! We love our new car! We highly recommend Leith of Wendell and if you are looking for excellance ask for Victor Perez! more

Nice Lot 6/1/2011

I came to Wendell Leith to find a used car. It looked a bit empty at first glance, but they had somewhat of a nice variety. The salesman there Andy Perry was nice and showed me around. I was happy with the service. Very professional and approachable :) more

GMC Sierra 1500 truck 4/1/2011

Larry Moore is the greatest salesman i have ever had and I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. He is not the pushy type of salesman which everybody hates. I told him what I wanted and he found me exactly what is was looking for. David Kearny was also very friendly and non pushy. All in all the best customer service anyone could ask for.They will definately get my business from here on out. more

i recently bought a 2003 ford expedition from leith and my sales rep: name was terri. we talked on the phone the day before and terri made sure the expedition i was looking for would be there waiting on me to see the next day, sice i had to drive aprox. 150 miles to come see.my wife and i was so happy with the way we were treated by terri and the rest of the staff that there is no dout the next time we are ready to buy a vehicle, it will be from leith. terri was so pleasant to work with. she put no preasure on us and went way beyound the call of duty to help us and make sure we were happy with the vehicle we were buying. even after the sale terri called us to check with us several times and make sure everything was still good. everything we asked for terri and leith made sure it was taken care of before the sale was done. i highly recommend the leith dealership and with out a dout, ill buy my next vehicle there. thanks again terri for all you did, your the best!!!! marty and kelly more

Victor Perez was completely attentive to my needs during the sale. He is the opposite of the stereotypical "car salesman"!! I walked into the dealership on a Friday night, and less than 24hrs later, drove off in the car I wanted. \r Whenever I buy another car, (if a deer gets this one too!), I hope Victor is still there! So, 5 plus stars in my book! more

Great experience 2/5/2011

This was my first time buying a new car. It was the third dealership I went to looking. The first two places seemed really pushy. Not this place though. I showed up here and told Eddie Becknell what I was looking for. They had the exact truck already on the lot. The paperwork and everything else went smooth and I got a great deal on the truck. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle and will buy from them again next time. more
