Leith Ford - Horrible Experience. Poor communications - took 28 days to pay our trade off - refused to pay the interest charges during this period of time - Misrepresented Ford rebates and financing - Has made no attempt to bring a mutual resolution to the table - I ended up paying more for this vehicle because of the dealership's handling of this sale. Sales Person was Chris Roberson, Sales Manager was Tony D., Finance Manager Tony Crews. They accept no responsibility for their poor performance at all! Buy a vehicle from anywhere but here. PS: we upgraded the cloth seats to leather and asked to keep our cloth seats, since we paid for them and in case we damage the leather - nope, ignored. more

I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from Leith Buick GMC of Wendell, N.C. and I must say it was the best expierence I have ever had at a car dealer ship. The sales associate Jeff Friedman was never pushy or rude through the entire deal. He was patient/ kind and made sure I was satisfied with every detail. We made an aggrement on fixing a small scratch on the car and he did not let me down; beautiful job! I recomend anyone who is looking for a car dealer ship that cares just as much about the customer as they do making a sale, Leith Buick GMC is the place and Jeff Friedmon is your man! Thank you Jeff for a world class experience and another satisfied customer! more

Positive experience 7/22/2011

Recently found a car on Autotrader and went to Leith in Wendell to test drive it. Andy Penny was professional and helpful. Overall it was a better than expected experience as I generally do not like dealing with car dealerships. I would have no problem recommending Andy to others. more

We were looking for a vehicle to replace one that we were unhappy with. We had been to many dealerships and had spoken with a variety of sales people. When we got to Leith we were greeted by Andrew and he took the time to listen to the concerns we had related to a new vehicle. He showed us a couple of vehicles that did not quite fit what we were looking for. As we provided feedback he listened and eventually found a vehicle for us. The negotiations for pricing went as expected from previous negotiations. Eventually Andrew hung in there and helped us get the vehicle at the price we wanted. We would recommend Leith and Andrew if you are in the market for a vehicle. more

I was highly satisfied with Mr. Andrew Jone's and Mr. Jay Dove's assistance in finding my wife a car within her budget. A few days later Mr. Dove called my wife and informed her that he and Mr. Jones found a way for her to save an extra $2,700 on the car! Wow! I recommeend anyone in neeed of a fine auto to go to this business. They go out of their way to satisfy you. more

A Blessing 6/24/2011

Lieth Buick GMC of Wendell is the best. I am being transferred in my job. On June 15, 2011 my truck of over 300, 000 miles was dying. I said Lord if my truck makes it to Lieth I will try to get something. You see I have never owned my own vehicle and my credit isn't good. I really figured they would laugh and send me away. I drove up and Andrew Jones met me at the door. I was very nervous and he made me feel very at ease. I told him exactly what I needed and how I only had very little money to work with for payments and only my old truck to trade in. I believe God directed my footsteps to him because only God, Andrew and Jay Dove could of gotten me such a great deal, low payments, and my Dodge Avenger 2008 with very low mileage. I even had a question about the car and the service dept took care of that for free. Now I recomment Lieth and Andrew to everyone I meet. Andrew, Jay, and the service team are truely a blessing. Nice Lot 6/1/2011

I came to Wendell Leith to find a used car. It looked a bit empty at first glance, but they had somewhat of a nice variety. The salesman there Andy Perry was nice and showed me around. I was happy with the service. Very professional and approachable :) more
