I like the roller mills and it place in history that it holds in Lehi. When visiting the gift shop you can see photos of how things used to be in the area. You can also read the story of how the mill got a deal with Kentucky Fried Chicken. The store itself is very small and is normally very crowded leading up to the winter holidays. They sell mixes of various products including cookies,breads, muffins and pancakes in festive cloth bags. I have used these on many ocassions when I needed a small thank you gift for a hard to buy for person. the prices are decent especially since they will make up custom gift baskets so you can walk out with a gift that is ready to be delivered. more

Lehi Roller Mills 9/12/2005

Lehi Roller mills is a historic grain mill located in Lehi, UT. They provide many businesses with grain and flour. You may also go there and purchase things directly from them. They provided the flour to the world's first KFC in Salt Lake City. Another cool note is that The Lehi Roller Mills was the setting for the movie "Footloose." It was the place that Kevin Bacon's character was employed. A cool place to go and see. more

My mom always made us blueberry muffins for our birthdays. They were always so good...but for some reason, I seem to be missing what it takes to make delicious muffins. Anyway, my sister told me to go try some ROLLER MILLS mix for the muffins and they turned out great! Now I can carry on the tradition. more

Fun 8/16/2005

Lehi Roller Mills are a great part of Utah history and a lot of fun to visit. They specialize in making bread products that are out of this world. It might be one of the most underrated sites in Utah. I feel that everyone that comes to Utah needs to stop buy and take the tour as well as enjoy the products that they make. Good luck! more

Lehi Roller Mills has a "claim to fame" because it was featured in the movie Footloose. They are still a working "mill" and they have a store on the premises where you can purchase items. You can purchase in bulk (wheat, flour, pancake mix, etc.) or you can purchase small specialty mixes (cookie doughs, pancake mixes, etc.). During the holidays, the mixes are packaged in a fabric bag with a holiday print and make excellent gifts. They also have great sales on the mixes during the holidays! more
