Leaders Moving & Storage Co

Once we knew we were moving I got two quotes from competing local companies for our move. Leaders were the most competitive but also on time for their initial appointment which was a good sign from the beginning. On moving day the crew showed up on time, was personable, professional, and treaded our items with care and respect. They worked hard from start to finish and while I am sure they did take a deserved break I never noticed!! As with any move the initial quote and final quote are subject to change on moving day once the crew can actually see what they are working with, and I was bracing myself for a shock, and none came!! Chris estimated 115 boxes on our initial contact and we moved 130 so almost spot on. Chris Hess was excellent to work with and I apologize that I cannot remember the names of the crew but they deserve a job well done for their efforts, they truly made Leaders look good. This is a two stop move for us, still need to find the next house, so we will definitely be using leaders on our next leg of this adventure. more

Great Movers that care! I've actually used Leaders twice before and Leaders is the only moving company that I would use and recommend to my family and friends. Bottom line; these guys care... I've used other moving companies in the past and I think that Leaders offers me a service that is not only reliable but the guys are very professional, down to earth, and courteous. From Chirs Hess's super fast arrival and quote through the 200 mile move from Dublin, the experience was awesome. Leaders Moving Company was way above what I could hoped for. I was nervous using a moving company because I have so many breakable items and I had recently bought new furniture as well. The moving guys were friendly and always wanted to make sure they asked before placing something. They were very careful and treated items as if they were their own. I used to work for a moving company (two men and a truck) and thought that they were good..... Until i hired LEADERS. these guys blew my mind the way they moved. I have some heavy furniture. i know cause i moved it myself in the past! my movers names were Dana Waugh and Ben Knisley they came, saw, and moved me out! Took great care of my furniture. Very fast very efficent and totally polite. They even asked me after they were done if there was anything els that they can move for me, even after working 13 hours they were still motovated to do more! I've used Leaders several times now and have not had the same guys twice, but every one of them was friendly, professional, and careful with all the items they handled. I used a couple companies before finding Leaders, and none of my experiences were positive, so I guess after knowing how bad it can be its really nice to deal with people who are honest and work hard to get the job done while making sure it is being done to your satisfaction. I'm not usually motivated to write reviews unless something has ticked me off, but I think this company has earned a positive review. They moved my mom into Westminster Thurber retirement tower near downtown. The two men who did the move were complete gentlemen, and took great care with the items moved. Nothing was scratched or broken in the move. The rate charged was very reasonable and there were no surprise charges after the move was completed. My sister recommended them because she's a Realtor and she said many of the Realtors recommend Leaders to their clients. I can see why. Pros: null Cons: null more

This moving company is everything you are looking for! The crew was on time, they hussled and worked quickly and diligently. Extra care was taken to protect everything they moved, and also the carpets and walls, ect. in the house we moved from and to. They were friendly and very professional. Leaders did an amazing job! No high pressure sales and their employees worked with me to come up with an accurate flat price from the things I needed them to move. Their price actually decreased at the time of the move because I moved some of the items myself. Their movers were punctual, courteous and extremely cautious; they put some sort of protective mats on my floors and door frames and went to work. They carefully cleared out my entire first and second floor non-stop and then took a 15 minute break and cleaned out my basement. Seeing all the items leave certainly showed me I accumulated a lot of junk over the past 4 years in that townhouse. At the new house they brought everything in and placed it exactly where I wanted, good thing I don?t know how I would have gotten some of those items upstairs. I?m certainly glad I didn?t try to do all that myself, just watching them work made me tired. Their free box program was another bonus, I put a deposit down on the boxes I needed and when I was done returned them for a full refund. That saved me a ton of money, and time collecting boxes!!!
