A nice relaxing place to go for breakfast or lunch is La Peep restaurant at 156th and Dodge in Pepperwood Plaza. It's only open in the early part of the day, but its a delicious place to meet a friend over coffee or for a delicious meal.
My favorite entrée (though evil) is the granola pancakes!! They also have delicious healthy omelets, paninni sandwiches, smoothies, a coffee bar and more.
The owners are very kind and staff is usually more than helpful and prompt. Another benefit of eating here is they have a loyalty card which gives you a free entrée after you fill up their punch card.
I guess other people agree that La Peep is great because a second location is opening soon in Legacy/Lakeside.
