If I would have realized that Lavender Spa and Lucia Spa were one and same, I might have considered the poor review for Lucia before booking an appointment. I also overhead staff gossiping, whether it concerned clients or not I do not know, but it was unprofessional to say the least. I am from Chicago and am unaccustomed to a professional environment and quality spa experience. I was also distressed by the poor quality of skin and body treatment products. They use products that are available in my local grocery store. It's not at all what I expect in a spa.
