Went with my sons and a friend and his son. My friend was finishing eating when we arrived. Restaurant had a decent sports bar atmosphere. The food was very cheap, but he did comment that the wings were not really that good and left some uneaten.
We got shined on by the teenage staff when signing in. They said our game would be in about 15 minutes - it was actually 30. I understand they want us to spend that time pumping coins into video games, but we had already done that. Played the game finally. Fun but disappointing. I actually talked an opponent in to standing there while I repeatedly hit him on his target and the shots wouldn't register. Kind of takes away the fun of the game. Also, my gun didn't show remain lives or shots like it was supposed to. When I told one of the staff monitors, I was told ""Uh yeah, some of the equipment doesn't work as well cause it is getting old."" Then, instead of going to our second game, they planned another ""coin pumping"" delay for us - I received another ""It will be about 15 minutes."" I told the kids that we had to be somewhere and that they should have told us upfront that the games were not consecutive. This part blew me away. The kid made a show of saying he would put us in the next game and taking our papers and moving them to the next group, but sure enough, next game comes and we aren't part of it. We end up being in the delayed slot we were originally slated for because we played with the same people we did the first time - even the same people assigned to the same equipment. Same exact sucky equipment.
So, I had some fun because laser tag is fun, but this business is definitely milking it's customers by providing subpar equipment and employing a cheap but inadequate and ill-trained teenage workforce. Hey OWNER, I won't be going to your cash cow again and will tell others to stay clean
Pros: All in one - food, video games, laser tag
Cons: Indifferent staff, bad equipment
