After much nagging from the wife, i grudgingly went to see Lacey - owner and tech - about laser hair removal. She was great! Professional attitude and left no question unanswered. Top of the line laser, still some pain but, from what the wife says not like wax. Anway, great results for me and she even removed some veins free of charge. Moreover she never charged my wife for treatments that did not work because of her light hair. great experience all around. Highly recommend this and Lacey is great and discreet. more

Have been looking into laser treatments for quite some time now... after years of waxing and terrible ingrowns. I was very hesitant at first, but after a friend referred me over to Lacey at Quantum Beauty I was positive that this was not only the perfect treatment for me, but also the best place to go. At the risk of sounding like an infomercial I must say, Lacey the Laser Girl changed my life!. Seriously, I know how reading all these great reviews turns people into skeptics- I was one & called for a consultation anyway. Lacey is great- always accommodating, honest about what you can expect & the sweetest! Im having my face done & was embarrassed to even discuss it but she made me feel completely at ease- she is such a pro & you can tell she loves her job when she gets the zap happy look in her eye! She answered all my questions, gave me a patch test (where the difference was immediate) & put me in contact with another laser client to discuss my concerns. I also tried electrolysis, which is very painful, & had no results but two laser sessions later I sometimes forget I ever had a problem. I had many other consultations before deciding on Quantum Beauty. I originally went to have some Laser Hair Removal done on my beard and back of my neck, always had problems with ingrowns. After just a few treatments with the laser my skin is cleaner than it has ever been. I have even decided to have a few Glycolic acid peels which have made my skin look even smoother. I have tried everything before... including electrolysis, which was too time consuming and didn't provide noticeable results after five treatments. I have had two laser treatments so far on my upper lip and my underarms. There is a drastic difference already. I don't even have to shave my underarms for a few weeks in between treatments. I was very skeptical when I visited Lacey's office for an initial consultation. I have dark skin & have heard a lot of horror stories about the effectiveness of laser hair removal. I was hesitant about making an investment in treatments that either wouldn't work or would be harmful to me. I couldn't be happier with the results I've received. After just 4 treatments, my legs & underarms are virtually hairless! I used to need to shave every day (and often at night also). Now I can go an entire week & still feel comfortable. I shopped around; Lacey's prices are cheaper than most others. I should caution you: I found the treatments to be somewhat painful, but much less painful than electrolysis.
