I have spent thousands of dollars on laser hair removal and other treatments at this place. I have olive toned skin and I have gotten burned from their laser. The worst part is, when I showed them my marks they did not do anything about it i,.e. no credit, nothing!! All these folks care about is taking your money. Ryan, the owner is absolutely awful (this from a couple of other people's who know him personally). I have sent him numerous e-mails showing him pictures of my scars, even spoke to the manager at the location, but did not hear a peep. There are several other much better laser places in the city that have more integrity. Don't waste your money here. Plus, their lasers are old and not as cutting edge as some of the other places in the city. I have learned the hard way. I just got my legs done at LASER COSMETICA on Broadway after school one day and it was awesome! They helped me every step of the way not to be a little nervous wreck (lol!!!) and the burn marks went away after a week and my legs were hair free! Definitely recommend!
