Las Brisas is an great little gem in Edmonds. Unlike most Mexican restaurants they actually pay attention to plating and their food looks beautiful. Of course it tastes amazing also, this is not your standard beans/rice/cheese/meat/tortilla mixture that you see almost everywhere else. I would specifically recommend their chicken mole, its absolutely delicious. more

Yes, it is Mexican food. But more like gourmet Mexican cuisine that you would find at a five star restaurant in Mexico. The cuisine here is serious business and out of this world! The quality of the ingredients and intricate preparation are evident in every bite! From the warm fresh out of the oven chips and freshly made zesty salsa, to their fabulous house specialties, you honestly can not go wrong with any choice on this menu. more

The menu is extensive, and has something for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There are a lot of comfortable booths and a nice gas fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere inside. In the summer there is an outdoor eating area. The service is very friendly and efficient. I also like that it is open all afternoon, so if I am starving at 4 p.m., I can drop by for a meal and then take a nice walk along the nearby harbor afterwards. The location is in a small strip mall, and it's easy to overlook the place if you don't know about it. We lived nearby for years without trying it, but since our first visit, we have returned many times. more

This place is great! Me and my family always go to Las Brisas when we are in the mood for a sit-down dinning night. In fact, we don't know where else to go if we decide to go someplace other than Las Brisas! Anyway, their food is wonderful, their service is ALWAYS friendly! So fresh, handmade, delicious! We found this on Yelp while on the Kingston side of the ferry, hoping for some delectable Mexican food for dinner (and something with tequila). This is IT! Now, whenever we head to Seattle on Friday evening, we have a sure thing plan for dinner right on the other side of the ferry. Love it. Great job! more

There aren't many restaurants that my husband and I frequent regularly, but this is one that we do. Almost every Friday night, we eat at Las Brisas. The owners and staff are like family. Service is great. Food is the best (very fresh) and the atmosphere is always clean, fresh and pleasant. We highly recommend Las Brisas. more

Went here after purchasing a Groupon for this restaurant. It was a great find. The service was very personable, friendly and overall good. The chicken quesedilla was great, just the right size for an appetizer. The chips and salsa served when you sit down where amazing, very fresh tasting chips and salsa that was just right. more

I come here about once every two weeks to get my Mexican food fix. This is the only place in Washington that is worth going to that much. The prices are not bad either, so it makes it easier for me to come that much. more

Will not return, horrible customer service. Although it was Cinco Di Mayo and understandably busy, there is no excuse for how unorganized the hostess and management staff were. We were told that our party of eight would only have to wait 15 mins. or less. After waiting an hour for a table as people came and went, even large parties, we finally were offerred two table to split our group up accrss the restaurant. What? This was the only option, or we could wait maybe another 30mins to 40 mins. Bottom line, we were very dissappointed as we have eaten here before and really enjoyed the food. We will never return simply due to this experience alone. Don't be in the restaurant business if you don't know how to seat tables and treat customers fairly. We were happily seated within 10 mins. at another mexican restaurant on main street. See not so hard to do! more

I wen to Las Brisas last weekend and I am impressed with the service. las brisas has excellent costumer service and I love the food, it was the best mexican food i have eaten in a long time. I sat on a booth by the bar, my server was this young guy, he gave me and my wife exellent service and i saw everyone alse gitting good service IT WAS PERFECT and the owners are really friendly I love it!! it my fav. restaurant ever, I'll be back for sure! I go to the gym in the same complex as this restaurant, so it is very convenient to swing on in for lunch after a workout. They have the best, healthy chicken burrito I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant, named of course the Las Brisas burrito. That is where the good ends in this review, the service stinks. From a slow and unconcerned welcome followed by slow seating, next waiting 10 minutes to place an order, 25 more to get the food, by then your water glass is empty and wont be refilled unless you waive your hands at the waiter busy talking to fellow employees by the bar, then you will sit patiently by your empty plates for 5 more minutes, and hopefully you have brought cash with you so when you finally get your check you can just leave money on the table and go. Unfortunately I love that darn Las Brisas burrito, so I keep returning for this ""one last time"", and gripe about the service again on the drive home.
