Larry Miller Nissan has no idea what customer service is. There service department is unethical and can not be trusted to actually repair your car. Never mind the poor service and follow up you receive from the sales department. The service department informed me they had ordered a part that was supposed to be installed under warranty on the purchase of a new car. When I went to pick the car up the part was in worse condition then when I had left it. They informed they would order ""another"" replacement. After I pulled out of the lot I was able to determine the part had never been replaced. They have never called back (over 3 weeks) to let me know the new part is in, which according to their own parts department is at most a 5 day lead time if I wanted to purchase. The general manager I spoke with and was absolutely useless. This is my 3rd Nissan in 4 years and due to this dealership will be my last. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DON'T REPLACE PARTS WHEN THEY SAY THE DO!!!!
