BEWARE!\r \r We purchased a vehicle off of a lease with the express purpose of reselling it. When singing the final paperwork the Finance person offered us an extended warranty. We asked about the ability to transfer the warranty and he told us that we could with no problems. We asked several times, ?This warranty will follow the vehicle no matter whom we sell it to?? and the answer was always, without hesitation, ?Yes.?\r \r Less than one week later, we sold the vehicle and found out the warranty was not transferable to a dealer and only transferable to a private buyer in very specific cases. The finance person who sold us the warranty said it would not be cancelled. The managers at the dealer we purchased the vehicle from will not return our phone calls.\r \r This type of underhanded dealings are why we will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer and we will tell everyone to stay away from the dishonest practices as well. more

Great place Mark B. is amazing, i was extremely happy with the sales guy i worked with and will never buy another car from anyone but him from now on. Mark Bernardi was very enjoyable the whole time, funny, joking, great stories, i felt like i was working with a friend. We all know that we are afraid of the nagging car sales men but lets be honest, if your just looking your taking business from them. With that being said if you go in there with the intent to buy this young man will more then happily take care of you. As long as they have what you want you will leave with a new car and a big smile on your face after working with Mark and the guys at CCCJ. more

I recently needed some service work done to a vehicle I had purchased privately. I had a friend recommend Colorado Chrysler Jeep. It was a little further then I wanted to drive but thought I would give it a shot. Lynette in the service department was more then helpful!! She not only performed the repairs I had requested but also had the body shop take a look at some minor body damage my vehicle had has well. They went above and beyond what I had expected. I recently got into an accident and brought my vehicle to Colorado Chrysler Jeep's collision center. They were very helpful as soon as I got there. They let me know the steps that needed to be taken to get the repairs done on my vehicle and when i dropped my vehicle off they kept me informed the whole way throught the repair process. It was nice to know exactly what was going on with my car! It looked brand new when i picked it up and they did a full wash job on it too! On November the 18th we came to Colorado Chrysler Jeep to look for a used vehicle for our daughter. After meeting with the sales person, Donnie McElroy, we purchased a 2003 Volvo S40. The vehicle would not be ready until the following Wednesday, on November 23rd for pick up as it needed to go through safety inspections and be checked out by the dealership mechanics.. We were contacted by Donnie and informed the vehicle had a oil leak in the turbo. We came down to the dealership to see how bad this oil leak was and at that time was informed by the mechanic the oil leak is only on the bottom of the car and it should be easy to fix once the parts were ordered from Volvo. Because the next day was Thanksgiving, and a holiday weekend we were told the vehicle would be ready the following Friday, December 4th. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Car, Great Experience, Great!!!! 4/7/2011

About a month and a half ago I bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty from Colorado Chrysler Jeep Pre-Owned Center. I was a little leary of going into a dealership because I know that I have a couple problems with my credit. I brought my mother as a Co-Signer, just to help get my payment lower. When I got there, I explained to them my credit situation and they said that we should take a look at my credit, so they could tell us the best situation for us. They pulled my credit and although there were some problems, they assured me that we could find a SUV that would fit my wants and still hit my payment. Dave B, my salesman was straight forward and told me positives and negatives about each SUV. John Turney, the sales manager was involved the whole way and even showed me what payments would be based on different prices. I ended up driving 4 cars. I settled on a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Which was way more than I expected to get. The whole time, I thought that they were going to tell me a payment higher than I wanted. I wanted to be below $300 per month and my final payment with a warranty was under $280. I havent bought a vehicle in 8 years and that was not the best experience. However Dave B and John T, the sales manager were straight forward, honest, and made me feel like my credit issues were not a problem at all. In fact, John told me, "our sales staff and management is just like our customers. Good, hard-working people, that have had a couple bumps in the road. We want to be the dealership that helps you get over them. They never brought my credit up after I told them. I'll tell you after what I have been through in the last few years, getting a nice car at a straight forward deal, was just what I needed. I appreciate the experience and thought I should tell people about it. Also, my car is running great and my dog loves it. more



Great Service! 11/17/2010

Dear Sir: I am writing to inform you about the great service I received on Nov. 9,2010 at your dealership. I own a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the driver's side brake light was not functioning. On the other cars I had owned, replacing the light was a simple process to do on my own. But, I found it difficult to remove the rear light fixture on the Jeep to replace the bulb. I thought there was some typr of screw that had to removed from behind the fender to remove the full tail light. I often have my Jeep serviced at your Dealership and the service advisor I always ask for is Wayne. I was able to speak to him on the phone and he assured me that there was not a screw, but that the fixture snapped out from the socket and the brake light could be replaced by the owner. He then offered to help me replace the bulb if I would bring it to the dealership. I did that the next day and Wayne immediately assisted me. He demonstrated that the light could be removed for access to the brake light. I replaced the brake light and there was still a problem, but then Donald Miller from the parts department commented that often both the brake light bulb and the socket need to be replaced. Donald quickly found the socket part and brought it to my car. A moment later, the two parts were in place and the brake light was fully functioning. With service like this, I will continue to bring my Jeep to Colorado Chrysler Jeep for all of my servicing. It is great that your service and parts emplyees know so much about the Jeep Grand Cherokee and can provide such great assistance to a customer. I hop Wayne and Donald's manager can see this so they know what knowledgable employees they have. And, they provide great service to your customers. more

Poor customer service 8/11/2007

We took our Jeep here a year ago to fix a problem with a window. They said they fixed it then charged us for the repairs, which were way over priced for labor and parts. A year later the same problem occured with the window and we took it back to Lithia Jeep. Thinking that it had been just a year ago when they repaired the same window with the same problem, that this time it would be covered. Well, they informed us that the warrenty on the part expired two weeks prior to our visit and that we would have to pay for a new part (which had gone up in price) and labor. Wow thanks for helping out a loyal customer by ripping us off again. Maybe we're asking to much for a dealership to stand by their work. Don't worry in a year from now when the window parts are due to break we won't be coming back. Pros: Open on weekends Cons: Customer service, Car service/repairs, Cost more
