Sent laptop for repair in Oct. 2006. Paid $350 for motherboard, $200 for HD, and purchased 1 year ext warranty for $100. Took 3 months for repair. Never returned messages of any type. Same laptop failed in April 2007 (3 months after receiving finally receiving it). It is now almost July 2007. They have not returned any of my requests for status. Phone calls are useless. They hire someone to answer the phones who gives ""canned responses."" I should have checked the online reviews first. I am getting a lawyer on this one. That laptop cost me almost $4k.
