I turned my laptop in and they said it would take 3 to 5 business days and I didnt get it back for about 3 weeks. They called me 3 seperate times telling me my comps problem sayin...

Best computer repair company I've ever experienced 2/3/2008

One of my coworkers actually recommended The Laptop Guy to me when I told him about my problems with other computer repair companies. I had been ripped off by two other places that said they fixed my laptop, but it just kept doing the exact same thing. After taking my laptop to The Laptop Guy, I have had zero problems with my computer. They did not overcharge me and had good customer service. I would highly recommend The Laptop Guy to everyone. The Laptop Guy SAVED ME OVER $800!!!! 2/2/2008

My year old laptop monitor broke and ___ ___ told me that it would be best if I purchased a new laptop as it was too expensive to repair my 19' monitor. Our tech guy at work suggested I take my laptop to the Laptop Guy...about a week later I had my laptop and SAVED OVER $800.00! These guys are GREAT!!!! Pros: Saves you a lot of money! more

You can also go to \r \r Whenever we get an email from a customer that is raving about our service, I ask whether we can use there comments on our website. 99% of the time the customer is okay with it. However, I take an extra step and work with a 3rd party called Trusted Testimonials to verify there comments. Some of those comments even appear on citysearch and people think there made up. They are not. For some reason people, never believe the positive reviews and believe the negative ones.     The Laptop Guy has been serving Central Ohio since 2000. We have 3 locations in Columbus area and offer mail in service for customers outside the area. We repair all makes and models of laptops including Mac. We also sell reconditioned laptops at our stores. The Laptop Guy started out with Todd and his dog, Zoe and have built the business to 3 locations and 20 employees. On average, The Laptop Guy repairs over 5,000 laptops a year.
