Great experience!!! 12/14/2011

This was a wonderful experience. I had a crown put on as well as a cavity filled. It was painless. They stay current on all of the latest technology and techniques. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My son actually enjoys going to the dentist now. My family and I are very pleased with Lansdowne Dental. more

I had bad experiences with dentists in the past and that kept me from returning. This was a completely different experience - great staff and dentist! So good, that I opted for dental insurance so I can go back. more

Awesome Visit 11/17/2011

What a great dentist and staff! Painless visit and the Doc really put me at ease with her personality. I feel that after 11 years in the area that I have finally found a dentist that I feel I can trust. She is totally awesome along with her associates/staff. I am very pleased and will keep her as my primary dentist as long as I am in the area. My only complaint is the loud doorbell as you walk in the office :) more

Wonderful office atmosphere, the staff is fantastic and know you by name. I was not a fan of going to the dentist and I actually drive 45 minutes to go to this office. All costs are discussed upfront so no surprises when you get your bill. more

Emergency Crown Replacement 11/15/2011

I was out of state on business travel and had an old crown fall off when I was eating lunch at a vendors office. I was planning on switching to this dentist because I was not happy with my previous dentist. Not only did they accept me a new patient, they got me an appointment 8AM Monday morning, my first day back from my trip. They provided great advice on how to put the crown back on temp till I got back from travel, which was a life saver as it was super sensitive without the crown on. Monday morning they got me all fixed up in less than 40 mins. All my options were explained well. The equipment they have SHOWS you exactly what they are seeing (xrays and billing) so there is no mystery or magic. They even got me scheduled for a 6 mo cleaning later in the same week...which is what I was due for and never got around to scheduling in the first place. Super extra bonus...they sent a confirmation email to my work (because I opted to get reminders to my work email). I confirmed AND better yet with two clicks it automatically set the appointment into my work Lotus Notes application! Automagically more

Can't say enough good things about Lansdowne Dental. Dr. Nguyen and her staff run the best practice in NOVA; they're the dental team everyone looks for. Their gentleness, constant reassurance and professionalism eliminated this dentaphobe's dread of the chair. No conveyor-belt rush, no selling unnecessary treatments. Afterward, the staff spent half an hour with me, figuring out the best way to get the most out of my limited insurance. Great online follow-up, excellent referrals. Wish I'd found them earlier. more
