Bought $1,100 tires. Had immediate problem with vibration in the steering wheel and then cupping on the tires after a week. They removed all of the factory weights off the rims at the time of installation. I questioned this and they said it was because they balanced the wheels and these were no longer needed, and the vibration should go away after about 100 miles of driving. Took back 3 times, they couldn't find a problem. They rotated and balanced 3 times, still same problems, but told me I needed new brakes. I asked how many MM I had left on the pads, and the mechanic said I don't know. Really, wouldn't think to measure, especially when you're going to tell me i need new ones? Lanier Tires mechancis are technically illiterate and incompetent. Took to Kauffman Tire in Alpharetta, 1 time, and problem solved. They reinstalled the factory weights and told me the tires were inflated to 52 PSI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Factory recommendation is 35 PSI. Thank goodness for Kauffman, I have a normal truck again!!! I will never go back!. They took over an hour to replace two tires. They refused to put my donut back in its receptacle ostensibly due to ""LIABILITY"" issues. Their was (1) 16"" crate in the trunk that weighed 10 lbs and said that they would not do that. I called.Butler Tires, NTB, Dekalb Tire, Tires Plus, Goodyear and Firestone. They all agreed that this was not the standard practice and most laughed at it being ridiculous\r \r Pros: plenty of parking Cons: too many to list more
