I purchased a used 2004 Dodge Ram from Landmark on 10.20.09 with a lot of hassle from the sales staff due to the ridiculous price. We went back and forth and agreed on a walk out ...

DO NOT LOOK FOR A VEHICLE HERE! I came looking for price quote on a vehicle they advertised online. I drove from out of town, when I got there the vehicle was sold. Instead of offering the next vehicle, the dealer, knowing I was looking for a cheaper vehicle, had me test drive a vehicle out of my price range. I know this is standard practice. more

STAY AWAY!!!! Please folks this is the worst dealer ship I have ever been to. My boyfriend bought a 2011 Dodge Ram (used) 29,000 miles on it about 6 months ago. The salesmen was a real jerk. My boyfriend wanted to test drive it and the truck was on empty the salesmen didn't even want to put gas for a test drive. 2-3 days later I noticed that the windshield had a lot chips in it so my boyfriend called them to see if they could replace the it. They said all they could do is fill them. Now we are having trouble with the front end they told him that the tries needs to be rotated well he did that and it still doing the same thing. He called them today to tell them and they told him that his tires are out of balance. more

First let me say that I currently own 6/10/2012

First let me say that I currently own an 06 Dodge Stratus and an 07 Grand Caravan. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 10 years from Landmark, and tried to make it 3. My wife and I saw a sign on a Ram Quad Cab at Landmark on Noland Rd. for $18998-no asterisks or other notations. We stopped, took a test drive with salesman Bart, and decided to purchase the truck We had a ""blank check"" loan document and informed them that was how we would be purchasing it. After our offer was written and submitted to the Manager, Bart informed us that he had forgotten to tell us up front that the price did nto include ""freight"" of $1100. We asked to speak to the manager who told us that Bart had made a mistake and that's how he ran his business. He stated if we didn't like it we could leave. We informed him that we would purchase the vehicle anyway, but that we were going to let Chrysler know about the deceptive practice and he stated that he did not want our business and we should leave. He stated that the sale truck (only 1 @ this price) was meant to get traffic in and hopefully switch buyers to another vehicle. When I suggested that sounded unethical, he demanded that we leave or he would call the police. He refused to give us his business card or even his name and scolded 2 other sales people that I asked who he was. We asked for our paperwork back, which included personal info on a form Bart said they needed for identification. We then found out they ran a credit report WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. We finally asked a salesman on the lot the rude gentleman's name and he said it was Doug Fletcher. I have been a loyal Dodge customer and I understand that the dealer was not going to make much money on this transaction, but the outrageous treatment to a repeat customer who was willing to pay the full asking price on this ""bait car"" borders on insanity. I can't imagine that the Chrysler Corp. would condone or tolerate such behavior from a franchise dealer. more

My family went here to look at vans. I 5/28/2012

My family went here to look at vans. I was supprised at how rude one of the sales persons was. We pulled in at one of the entrances and three sales people stood looking at us and waited for all 6 of us to get out of the car (this is why we need a van) and told us to move our car to the customer parking (which isn't marked). So we pulled into the other parking area and had a hard time parking. Finally found a place to park and no one come out to help us. We left and will not be going back. I read other reviews about them and there are quite a few about how rude they are. Not worth it. I went to Higginsville, mo and had a great experience and good prices as well as a good sales experience. more

worst service ever 3/7/2012

Salesman was pushy and put us in a car we didn't want, was unable to get clear title and they refused to take it back. Had to hire attorney to get them to provide a title.State of Mo. requires title at time of delivery. Owner Steve Fletcher was never available and they forged papers we refused to sign. Buyer beware, stay away. more

RUDE and HORRIBLE..STAY AWAY!!!!!! 2/4/2012

RUDE and HORRIBLE experience...will NEVER step foot at the place again! I had been looking online for cars and found one at this dealership that I really liked so I called to see if they still had it before I drove there and the guy who answered told me they were closing in an HOUR and he didn't have time to look up the details or pull the carfax but yes they had it. This instantly made me upset, considering it takes 30 seconds to pull a file, but I really liked the car and the price was good so I decided to go look at it the next day anyway (thinking maybe just this particular salesman was bad). After spending an hour of driving around and ""discussing things"" with a new salesman...I very honestly told them it was the first car I had looked at/driven and really loved it but just wanted to go look at a few others to make sure it was 'the one'. Well he instantly changed his tone and became VERY pushy/overbarring saying that he would make the price right for me etc. I know this is somewhat normal for salesman b/c they want to make a sale but after telling him SIX times that I liked and it would most likely be back but was not a person who made a quick decision and pick the first thing I saw (especially on this large of a purchase) he then got even more rude/big attitude to the point that we ended up just walking out. While we were walking out the manager then mouthed off to us as well and told us never to come back that he wouldn't sell us a car..all because we didn't just walk in and buy immediately! Overall this was the WORST experience I have ever had and for a manager to act like that (with never even talking to us) makes me sick and after reading other reviews I dont understand how they are still in business. EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

STAY AWAY!!! 9/14/2011

My wife and I recently went to this dealership to look at a particular car and when we got there, it had already been sold. Since we were already there, we looked at other vehicles the dealership had to offer. We spent approximately 2 hours looking and browing. The last vehicle we looked at was a brand new Durango, we checked it out, went on a drive with our salesman and informed our salesman that we were indeed interested in this vehicle (not a cheap one either!) but we wanted to go home and read about the vehicle and do a bit of reseach...not to mention pick up our child from daycare that we were already 45 minutes late in doing. more

STAY AWAY 8/8/2011

Got a used car there and 28 days after buying the car it was leaking antifreeze. Was told by my mechanic it would cost $1070.00 to fix. Just spent $730.00 to pay taxes and license my car now this. Called dealership and all thay said was Sorry, no help at all. My mechanic said they would have known about this problem and this car should have never been on the lot. more

THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE- DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS! 7/2/2011

I guess these guys are the reason there is a stereotype about used car salesmen. I just wasted 2 hours of my life driving to this dealership, test driving a car, and getting dicked around by the salesman and his ""sales manager."" Before I ever entered the room to negotiate I was told it would be no problem to take the car to my mechanic as long as I had an agreement to purchase the car. I offered to pay for the car in cash on the spot with the stipulation I could take the car as promised to my mechanic. Not only did they refuse to discount the price for cash, but reneged on their promise re the mechanic. When I held firm to the original terms they scolded me and told me I wasn't being ""flexible."" Since when does the buyer have to be flexible? They truly acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me the car at list price and misleading me. What a bunch of clowns! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! more

BUYERS BEWARE- TERRIBLE!!! 6/28/2011

Purchased 3 year old vehicle 2 yrs ago and have had it towed back to the dealership at least 5 times so far. Had same part replaced 4 times., as well as many other parts. Dealership admitted to damaging unrelated parts on vehicle during a repair and then refused to make things right and charged me for parts and labor they admittedly broke. Every time I'ved picked my vehicle up from being service, something else is broken...last trip in there was over $1,000 worth of damage to vehicle, which was not there when I dropped vehicle off (huge hole in tire, broken window motor, broken tire sensor, dash lights not working, etc.). Extremely rude staff, especially Used Car Sales Manager, Bobbie, who actually got in my face and yelled at me, and then proceeded to storm out of dealership and slam the door! I will NEVER return here again, nor recommend anyone else do the same. The only reason I have returned is because I felt they should make things right when the same part continues to need replaced. Unfortunately they are not concerned with customer service/satisfaction or referrals and have not made things right...they've only made things worse each time! I'm now having to have my non-driveable vehicle towed from the dealership and hopefully fixed elsewhere...THOUSANDS of dollars later! BUYER BEWARE...STEAR CLEAR!!!! more

Service Department is the worst 6/15/2011

Car purchased in December. We have had to take it back a handful of times. Every single time it's something with them. Either they mistold us and had to order more parts, something right after we bought the car was our fault and had to be charged, takes twice as long, is a pain getting a rental car that is apart of our warranty package, or what they do fix isn't really fixed or breaks something else .. Something every single time. Their service manager is always a pain to deal with. Will _never_ buy a car from this place again due to their service department. It's a shame too because the car wasn't such a bad deal. It's been a nightmare in just six months to deal with the service department. Sad part is we are now looking for another vehicle and if things would have gone the opposite they would of had a repeat sale in just six months. Total nightmare and when you pay this much money you should get quality customer experience. more

Up to date 12/14/2010

I will always go back to the dealer to have my car serviced because the technicians there are up to date on all the latest technology that relates to Chrysler automobiles. I have confidence that the service will be accomplished correctly. The people are friendly and the waiting room has a comfortable atmosphere. The dealership is also just a ten minute drive from my home which makes it very convenient. I have been buying Chrysler/Dodge products since 1985 and will continue to do so. Happy customer! more

Glad it was not me! 12/9/2010

I just had a friend get back from this dealer. He had hopes of buying his dream car. Boy was he wrong. We live in Austin Texas and my friend found his 2008 SRT 8 sedan found it on the net and negotiated his deal put a deposit down bought a plane ticket. Even had the forsight to negotiate the fact that if the car was not as described this dealership would buy his plane ticket back home. He gets to the dealership and sees his car not ready as promised still in the service shop. He begins to look it over starts finding numerous things wrong with the car that of course was not mentioned. That could happen OK. So he goes for a test drive stops to look at the car outside notices some other issues looks at the hood notices its been repainted. Not a good job by the way dirt in the paint not really looking good at all. opens the hood to find the winshield washers ducktape to the hoses. Needless to say at this point he decides not to buy the car. After long talks with the salesman the Manager / Owners son come to find out comes in and starts to belittle my friend and telling him how he should pay the saleman for taking the time to pick him up at the airport and how he should be thankful that he is willing to take him back to the airport and why he can't just buy the car and get on with himself. This all after he trying to negotiate his way out of bold face lying to him. My friend also come to find out they told their salesman nothing about the painting of the car and accepted my friends offer all of it. Now everything has changed. Tells my freind he isn't paying for his ticket home treating him like crap. Bottom line if you want lying cheating stealing and to be treated like crap go here. Otherwise steer way clear of this place. This dealership gives car dealers a bad name. Just glad I never have to worry about going there to buy a car. more
