Landings At Pacific Beacon

The staff isn't what I have a problem with (although there are a few females that are extremely rude that work at the front desk but the one good one who always remembers everyone's name more than makes up for them) it's the other residents. They trash everything and I mean everything. The pool is always a disaster, there are holes in the walls, there is always loud music or banging coming from somewhere. Definitely not worth the hassle of living here. In theory it's a great place to live but in reality it's the ghetto. I recently fully realized how awful young sailors are when one decided to vandalize my vehicle by keying a giant penis into the side. I strongly would suggest not moving here.. unless of coarse you would like your property vandalized. Did I mention that if you come back any later than 10 that not only will you not find a parking spot but guys will scream inappropriate things at you from the balcony and when you ignore them they will yell expletives at you? It's really sad and horrible environment for any young woman. more

The guy talking about parking was completely spot on, but that wasn't my real issue with the place. I don't really mind walking, so I got over the wasted parking sports pretty quickly. I HATE the people who run this place. The individuals at the concierge desk are unprofessional and completely unhelpful ALL THE TIME. There is one girl, I think her name is Troylynn, who is CONSTANTLY taking pictures of herself, which confuses me, given the fact that she is really ugly. Maybe she's checking to see if her face will change or her hair will magically grow, since all she seems to be worried about are her wigs and fake nails, and has no concern for helping people or answering questions without acting like it's some huge inconvenience to her. Also, there was a rumor that she dated some guy that lived in the building, and when he dumped her, she used her front desk privileges (including her master key) to stalk him and make his life miserable. I'm absolutely shocked that this psycho still has a job. So between that, her lack of professionalism, and her inability to form complete sentences, I hated dealing with her from day one. Her coworkers aren't much better, but she's the one that really irks me the most. Given the people that work there, the horrible parking, and the fact that the management doesn't seem to care who they give total access to the building to, this place SUCKS and I was more than happy to leave once my lease was up. Don't waste your time or money. And don't date the psycho at the front desk. hahaha more
