When my washing machine broke, I called Sears first. After waiting two weeks, they were a no show on the appointment date. I decided to try a small local company hoping to get better service...and I did. The service at Landers is great! From the return phone calls to coming out THE SAME DAY! This is the company I will go to for all other issues in the future. more

Honest & They Fix it Right the First Time 11/5/2011

After watching news and Dateline reports about rip-off repair shops, I was a little paranoid about calling for a repair. But, after Lander's tech, George Morey, came to my home to fix a problem with my dishwasher 7-years ago, I have been using them ever since, and I only request Grorge.. He is a polite young man, who takes pride in his work - and he deserves to. I never have had to call them back for the same issue. Good old customer service at a reasonable price. Refreshing experience, time after time. more
